Resignations-Suspensions-Bans



In this post we will go through our eQ policies in regards to members being segmented from the community with the below circumstances and also help you understand the difference between them.


Resignations- A voluntary resignation will need to be posted in the "Resignations" Section of the forum. A resignation cannot be forced upon you nor suggested. Any resignations submitted in a manner of "Good Terms" will activate a standard 2 month "eQ Resource Break" from Discord, Website, Steam Groups, Facebook groups and any eQ affiliated resources.

If the eQ leadership & staff deem a resignation to be in conjunction with "Bad Terms" the 2 month "eQ Resource Break" will be applied and can also be extended for a discretionary time by the eQ Leaders. "Bad Terms" can be applied if actions such as but not limited to member complaints, warnings, eQ Rule breaking, deformation and intentional segregation of eQ members and affiliates.



Suspensions- A suspension will be applied to an account/member at the discretion of the eQ Leaders. This Suspension will also result in a "eQ Resource Break" which has a minimum period of 1 week, however the length of this period is subject to the severity of the suspension and is at the discretion of the eQ Leaders. A suspension can be applied if actions such as but not limited to member complaints, warnings, eQ Rule breaking, deformation and intentional segregation of eQ members and affiliates.



Bans- A ban will be applied to an account/member at the discretion of the eQ Leaders in the event of a severe breach of our eQ rules and/or a repeat suspension. The length of this ban is permanent and will have a permanent "eQ Resource Block" put in place.
